CIE fully supports international students. Not only in Japan, we’re currently working on South Korea and Taiwan.

Since we understand the international students have worries and uneasiness in school and life, we’d like to help solving problems.

We have the Student Counseling for consulting of anxiety in life, the Education Support Center for instructing Japanese and study in class, and the Career Support Center for advising employments.

CIE also values communicating with exchange students and throw events together.

We want you to be very comfortable entering to our school and study well.

Staff introduction I am Mizue Tani, a staff of the Center for International Exchange.

I had a long time career as a Japanese teacher in Taiwan. I help students who are not confident of their Japanese to have extra lessons. We welcome everybody who wants to study hard!

We fully support your dream “studying in Japan”.

Messages of international students.

Computer Software DOUMBIA SIAKA (Cote d'Ivoire )

I had difficulty in understanding what the teacher was saying at first, but I gradually began to catch up by doing my prep works. Teachers and classmates are very friendly, and they help me greatly. The facilities of the school are very good, and I don’t feel any dissatisfaction.

Computer Graphics CHEN KUEI-YU (Taiwan)

The entrance exam of this school was very hard. But it gave me the feeling of trust and I thought this is the school that I can study properly. The school life is very enjoyable and I have made many friends. I am now looking forward to the school athletic meeting.

Computer Graphics LINARES JOSE (Spain)

I looked up in the Internet and found this school. I decided to enter this school after taking the experience study and found the facilities to be satisfactory. As the class is still at its basic stage, studying is easy, but I am looking forward to studying at further departments in the future.

Personal Computer Network CHEN LI (China)

The school has just started and I still have difficulty in managing the time, but the school life is very enjoyable. My dream is to study hard and find a job in Japan. How great it would be to work actively in both Japan and China!

Message of the international students who graduated from Nihon Kogakuin College in March 2006

DOUMBIA SIAKA (Cote d’Ivoire)
Graduated from Computer Software department and transferred to Kumamoto University

I’m very glad to graduate after two years of hard studying. The facility was great, and all my friends were very kind to me. I'd like to establish my own company some day by putting the knowledge of what I learned in school, Electronics, Data Processing, and Mathematic Information Technology.

SINGH DAYANAND (India)
Graduated from Electronics department and transferred to Kumamoto University

It was hard to go to school every day because I studied until late to transfer to university. Teachers were very helpful when I had a difficult time in the beginning. Classmates were also very kind to me and became good friends. My goal is to found a company after finishing the graduate school. I’d like to run a laboratory of fuel battery and solar battery and co-research with Japan.

HANY TJOKRO SETIAWAN (Indonesia)
Graduated from CAD Designing Drafting Department and got an employment back in home

I studied very hard for two years in school. I’m so proud of myself that I graduated. I’d like to help my dad’s business in the future and establish the worldwide company. Japanese people were nice and kind when I talked to them. My advice to new international students is to bring out themselves and socialize.

HAMIT ABDUL RAHMAN (Brunei)
Graduated from PC Network Department and got an employment at Japanese IT related company

It was so much fun every day because everything was different from my country. I adapted myself to Japan without any problem. It’s hard to put in one word about this school because I have so many great memories. The best thing was that I built up the friendship for two years, I was happy to go to school every day. My goal is to be a president of a company, and I’m going to make my dream come true.
